REMOTE START

systems

Tired of getting into a cold car when it is –20 degrees? Want to get into a cool vehicle when the temperature is 100 degrees or more? Nice Car Inc has the solution. A remote start system from trusted names as Viper, Python and Valet. Why do I need a remote start? Getting into a cold car and driving away is tough on an engine. The initial start up is when the engine gets the most wear. Letting the engine idle to warm up will extend your vehicle’s life span.  While the engine is warming up, the windshield can be defrosting for a safer drive in cold weather.

Is it safe to leave my car running without me in it? YES!

Our quality remote start systems have built in safety features. The steering wheel cannot be turned while the remote start is activated. The key is not in the ignition! As soon as the brake pedal is depressed the system shut the car off. No one can drive off with your car.

What if I forget the car is running?

Our systems have a timer. We can set the run time anywhere you like from 2 minutes up to 25 minutes. When the run time is reached your car shuts down automatically. So don’t worry. If you want that extra cup of coffee, go get it.

What kind of cars can you put a remote start in?

The only restriction that our systems have is the vehicle needs to be fuel injected. Our systems are ready for automatic and manual transmissions.

Can I get one with an alarm?

Of course! We can install a remote start/alarm system with extra features like breakage sensors, shock sensors and automatic window controls. Some systems even have a two way remote. This way you can see the status of your vehicle. Locked, unlocked, running or not, you know! Have the alarm go off? It will even tell you what part of the alarm is triggered.

I have power door locks, but not a remote. Can I get a remote?

Yes. We can install just a keyless entry system or a combination of alarm, remote start also.

What if I don’t have power locks?

Nice Car Inc can install door lock actuators for an additional cost.

What kind of range do the remotes have?

The higher-level systems have a range up to 1 mile. The line of sight rule does apply. Basically, if you can see your vehicle, you can start it.

What about my factory warranty?

Although the Magnuson-Moss Act was a law designed to protect consumers for any product worth over $25, it has become a large part of the automotive industry. We have all heard of stories in which dealerships have refused to honor a warranty because of modification to the vehicle. Under the Magnusson-Moss Act, a dealership or manufacturer cannot deny warranty coverage solely because the consumer has installed aftermarket parts. If the manufacturer or dealership determines the mechanical problem is fully or even partially due to an aftermarket part, they have the legal right to deny coverage or repair under the warranty. The purpose of the act, in regards to automobiles, is so manufacturers cannot require consumers to purchase the OEM parts.

What about my factory security?

Our systems are designed to work in conjunction with the factory security. Some vehicles require specific modules to do this, which do cost more.

Is there a warranty?

These systems are covered for as long as you own your vehicle. Knowing all of this, why not have one installed today?
