Fort Collins is trying to pass changing the Mountain Avenue / Riverside Avenue
intersection to a less controlled round-about without stop lights. This
intersection would be more dangerous for pedestrians, close to impossible
for the physically impaired, create gridlock during train crossings, and could
cause a higher accident rate when navigated by semis.
